The Premier program is the most competitive program offered by Dublin United for ages 8 (U-9) through 18 (U-19). This program is for players with the highest level of commitment and ability. Premier teams are formed on the basis of ability and commitment. The club places teams into local playing leagues under the NorCal Premier League which includes flights for every level of play in travel soccer. In addition, Premier teams typically participate in several Northern California tournaments per year and occasionally travel out of the area. Premier teams train more, run a longer season, and will have pro staff coaches for all ages.
